Dr. Norstrud is a 1995 graduate of the Colorado State University, College of Veterinary Medicine. She also attended Adams State College receiving a BS in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and Zoology.

Dr. Norstrud practiced Veterinary Medicine in Tampa and Port Orange Florida. She initially started her practice in Fernandina Beach Florida as a mobile veterinarian before opening the 4 Paws Pet Clinic at The Pet Care Center located in Yulee FL.
